Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Personified.uk, we understand that you are excited to receive your custom items. Because every piece is made-to-order, our delivery process is split into two distinct stages: Processing Time (creating your item) and Shipping Time (transit by the courier).

1. Processing Time (Making Your Order)

All of our items are personalized and laser engraved to your specifications at our UK workshop.

  • Standard Processing: Please allow 7 to 10 business days (Monday–Friday) for us to design, engrave, polish, and package your order.

  • Peak Seasons: During busy periods (Christmas, Father's Day, Wedding Season), processing times may extend to 7 to 14 business days. We will try to update our website banner with current lead times during these periods.

Note: Processing time does not include weekends or bank holidays.

2. Shipping Options & Times (UK)

Once your order has left our workshop, the time it takes to reach you depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Please note that these are estimates provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed unless you select a "Guaranteed" service.

3. Rush Orders (option currently not available)

Need a gift urgently? We offer a "Rush My Order" service for an additional fee. This prioritizes your order in our production queue.

  • If you select this option, your item will be engraved and dispatched within 24 hours (Business Days only).

4. Order Tracking

  • Dispatch Notification: You will receive an email as soon as your order leaves our workshop.

  • Tracking Number: If your selected shipping method includes tracking, the number and a link to the courier’s website will be included in your dispatch email.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

While we trust our courier partners to deliver your items safely, delays can occasionally happen due to weather, strikes, or high volume.

  • Delays: If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow an additional 3 working days before contacting us, as couriers often clear backlogs quickly.

  • Lost Items: If your tracking has not updated in 7 days or the item is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us at Personifieduk@gmail.com. We will investigate with the courier and, if the package is deemed lost, we will replace your order free of charge.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • If you notice an error after placing your order, email us immediately. If the item has not yet been dispatched, we can update it.

  • Personified.uk is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If the item is returned to us, the customer is responsible for the re-shipping fee.
